Unblocking Phone in Turkey
1. Get your phone IMEI code by dialing *#06# on your phone. 2. Open E-Devlet link - https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/btk-imei-kaydet (Provided you already have an E-Devlet account) 3. Register your personal and phone details. 4. Verify your details & make payment (the current fee for registering a mobile in Turkey is 2006 TL) on the payment gateway page 5. Return to E-Devlet and confirm payment is completed.
