Opening a Company

Process:

1. Find a Financial Consultant you can afford and trust
2. Decide the type of the company
3. Proceed (registration takes 10 days)

Types of Companies:

• Limited
• Anonim

Company Opening fund requirement:

• Limited: 6-6.5k TL
• Anonim: 8-9.5kTL

Required Docs:

• Turkish ID
• Passport translation
• Official address
• Official address rent agreeement

Fund in Bank:

• Anonim: 50-250k, can be deposited in portions within a year.

Income:

• Every Quarter there should be an income report submitted if income exceeds 49k;
• Anonim: If transactions exceed 250k need a lawyer;

Bank that are good to get LC:

• Garanti
• Akmak
• Finance
